陇南市祥宇油橄榄开发有限责任公司成立于1997年，商标“祥宇”二字取自周总理的字“翔宇”的谐音，这是祥宇人对中国油橄榄事业奠基人周恩来总理永恒的怀念。目前已发展成为集油橄榄良种育苗、集约栽培、规模种植、科技研发、精深加工、市场营销、产业旅游为一体的综合性企业。主要产品有特级初榨橄榄油、橄榄保健品、原生护肤品、橄榄木艺品、橄榄饮品、橄榄休闲食品等六大系列，其中祥宇橄榄岷归软胶囊填补了国内油类保健品的空白，取得了发明专利。
2014年，占地180.86亩，总投资6.82亿元的祥宇油橄榄生态产业园正式启动建设，按照规划产业园主要有农业科技产业园、橄榄文化博览园、科技研发示范园、阳光工厂体验园、健康主题休闲园。园区全部建成后，企业综合产值将达到8.2亿元，利税达到1.06亿元，新增就业岗位500多个。目前一期工程“阳光工厂”已经建成并于2015年投入生产，安装了三条原装进口橄榄油冷榨生产线，日加工橄榄鲜果560吨；建成了国际标准化充氮隔氧、恒温避光的万吨储油库，有效隔绝了紫外线和空气对橄榄油的氧化，最大限度的保留了橄榄油中的活性成分；建有两条日罐装能力达15万瓶的生产线；配备了专业的质检团队，24小时全线实时监控，严格控制每道生产工序。
祥宇公司是两度受邀参与橄榄油国家标准起草的企业，2013年“祥宇”商标被原国家工商总局认定为“中国驰名商标”；2014年被原国家林业局确定为“首批国家林业重点龙头企业”；2016年被国家农业部、财政部、国家发改委等八部委审定为“农业产业化国家重点龙头企业”；2015年被原国家林业局批准为“国家林业局油橄榄工程技术研究中心产品研发基地”，2016年被甘肃省科技厅批准为“甘肃省油橄榄加工技术与质量控制工程技术研究中心”，2018年经省院士专家工作领导小组批准设立了油橄榄行业首个院士专家工作站；2019年荣获“第六届甘肃省人民政府质量奖”，同年获得中国首张特级初榨橄榄油认证书，并被国家粮食局评定为“全国放心粮油示范工程示范加工企业”；2020年先后获得省级、国家级“绿色工厂”；2021年被原国务院扶贫办确定为“全国脱贫攻坚考察点”，被国家粮食和物资储备局确定为“国家粮食应急保障企业”。

祥宇公司采用“公司+协会+基地+合作社+农户”的合作方式，实施“订单农业”，有效整合了武都区油橄榄种植面积36.2万亩，带动种植户65742户近30万人发展油橄榄（其中贫困户6358户2.86万人）。公司成立至今已累计向果农支付收购款12亿元，其中2021年榨季共加工油橄榄鲜果16646吨，生产特级初榨橄榄油1797吨，支付果农收购款9579.51万元。
祥宇公司以产业扶贫为己任，多年来向建档立卡贫困户提供了五方面的帮扶：一是免费提供技术指导，二是免费提供良品苗木，三是以高于正常价优先收购贫困户鲜果，四是争取多方面资金扶持，五是优先免费为贫困户修建园区道路等。自2014年以来，累计带动建档立卡贫困户4817户21678人实现了稳定脱贫。

Longnan XiangYu Olive Development Co., Ltd was established in 1997. The reason why the trademark is called XiangYu which has the similar sound of China’s previous premier Chou’s first name is that the company aims to show respects to premier Chou, the pioneer of Chinese olive business. The company offers such six series of products as olive oil, olive health products, original skin care products, olive wooden products, olive drinks, olive snack foods. Xiangyu olive Mingui Soft Capsules among these products has obtained the invention patent for filling the blank of domestic oil health products.
In 2014, XiangYu Olive Ecological Industrial Park, covering an area of 180.86 mu and with 682 million RMB yuan investment in total, begun construction. The park will be built with agricultural technology park, olive culture Expo park, scientific R&D demonstration park, experience park and health-themed leisure park. When it gets finished, it is expected that the enterprise’s comprehensive output and profit and taxes will hit 820 million RMB yuan and 106 million RMB yuan, respectively, offering 500 job opportunities. The first-phase project Sunshine Factory was built and put into production in 2015. With three imported original cold-pressed olive oil production lines in operation, 560 tons of olive fruit can be processed in a day. Oil depots with international standardization (oxygen insulation, consistent heating and lightproof) were built, which can effectively keep themselves from being oxidized by ultraviolet radiation and air, and retain the active ingredient in olive oil. 150,000 bottles can be filled every day. Professional QC team works to provide 24-hour real-time monitoring and make sure that working procedure is under strict control.
Xiangyu Company is an enterprise twice invited to participate in the drafting of national standards for olive oil. The trademark “Xiangyu” has been identified as “China Well-known Trademark” by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce in 2013. In 2014, it was identified as "The First Batch of National Forestry Key Leading Enterprises" by the former State Forestry Administration. In 2016, it has been approved as “National Key Leading Enterprise of Agricultural Industrialization” by the Ministry of Agriculture and other eight ministries and commissions. In 2015, it was approved by the former State Forestry Administration as the "Product Research and Development Base of the Oil Olive Engineering Technology Research Center of the State Forestry Administration". In 2016, it was approved by Gansu Provincial Department of Science and Technology as "Gansu Province Olive Oil Processing Technology and Quality Control Engineering Technology Research Center". In 2018, with the approval of the Provincial Academician and Expert Working Leading Group, the first academician and expert workstation in the olive industry was established. It was approved as “Gansu Province Olive Processing Technology and Quality Control Engineering Technology Research Center” by the Provincial Science and Technology Department, and established the first academician expert workstation in the industry. In 2019, it won the Sixth Quality Award of Gansu Provincial People's Government, in the same year, it obtained the first certificate of extra virgin olive oil in China, and the Demonstration Processing Enterprise of the National Reliable Grain and Oil Demonstration Project. In recent years, Xiangyu brand extra virgin olive oil has won 45 awards including gold, silver and bronze in international olive oil competitions in the United States, Japan, Israel, Italy, Greece and so on, and has been rated as “the best extra virgin olive oil in the northern hemisphere” in Australia in 2017. It was selected as one of the world's top 100 extra virgin olive oils in 2020. In 2019, the advertisement of Xiangyu olive oil was broadcast on CCTV channels 1, 2, and 13 in prime time. Xiangyu Company carry out the cooperation mode of “Company + Association + Base + Cooperatives + Farmers” to implement “Order Agriculture”, which effectively integrates the olive planting area of 362,000 mu in Wudu District, and promotes the development of olive by nearly 300,000 people in 65,742 households (among which 6,358 are poor households with 28,600 people). Since its establishment, the company has paid a total of 1.2 billion yuan to growers for acquisition. In 2021, the company have processed 16,646 tons of fresh olive fruits and produced 1,797 tons of extra virgin olive oil, and paied 95.8 million yuan for acquisition.
